I was born and raise in Manila The Philippines, but have since then found Queenstown, New Zealand to call home. After beginning my hospitality career 12 years ago I decide to pursue my passion of Japanese Food by cheffing and training in Japanese Restaurant across manila. I have now been working as a sushi chef for nearly 7 years and have found my calling making sushi and cooking Japanese food. I, now, want to share my knowledge and skills with people in the area who want to learn japanese food.
